Trance music, is one of another area that I have little experience of, except to say that the musics are cool. It is a manifestation of a very very rapid but smooth and coordinated electronic musical rhythm, and the overal music tune is often slow and easy to pick up. It feels as if the background rhythm is the main theme to the music. The whole music sounds very attractive, it sounds like a smooth mellow tune despite the vigorous rhythm.

The first trance music I've Exposed myself to was a midi file from VanLam Ngyuen... and was called the zzmidi, This is one of the music that greatly inspired me to understand more about midi and jazz. There are so many cool midi files like VanLam Ngyuen's music and are not very hard to find, but here is only one example.

Then there came the techno boy all the way from Canada - Torley Wong... who was able to play a whole tranzy technoish music, with only one keyboard. (... i looked around... and there was only one keyboard) This is his website. The music is just awsome!!!

It has never occured to me how easy is trance music to pick up. It is not anywhere, its everywhere... in the movies, in fighting scenes, and sometimes in disco dancing. Its Robert Miles, its Ace of Base. Now here are some MIDIs whichwill familiarise you with some of the most popular trance musics.
